This urban build in North Belfast was one of those projects that did exactly what it said on the tin. The completion date was set and the finished project was delivered right on schedule, to the day, 10 months later.

The client’s original house and garden occupied a generous corner plot and their wish was to have a contemporary high-performance version of their original Victorian house; that’s exactly what we handed over to them in 2021. The client came with their design in mind and the team was able to create the drawings, gain all permissions and carry out the job to a turnkey specification.

The result is a modern classic that affords the owners the luxury of modern systems to ensure eco-friendly and energy-efficient living.
