The Ballyrobin House is a prime example of a Kudos Design and Build project. In collaboration with the clients, who knew exactly what they wanted, we worked through every detail to produce a home that fulfilled the brief and also gave the owners some unexpected extra benefits due to our experience and expertise.  The home includes many high performing features including triple glazing, airtight insulation, air source heat pump heating & a mechanical heat recovery system. These features result in excellent energy efficiency and a home that maintains constant air quality and temperature throughout the year.
